Baltimore Nurses Exchange was founded more than 80 years ago with a simple purpose: to help families access dependable, compassionate nursing care when they need it most. As one of Maryland’s earliest providers of private-duty nursing services, we set out to build a service rooted in trust - and we’ve remained true to that mission for generations.

Still family-run today, we continue to support individuals and families across Baltimore City and the surrounding counties, offering care that helps people remain safely and comfortably in their homes. Over the years, our reputation has been shaped one family at a time through reliable service, respectful partnerships, and a commitment to dignity in every interaction.
